Audigy Named 2026 Top Workplace and Top Women-Led Workplace

Audigy, a Vancouver, Washington-based hearing care management company, has been named a 2026 Top Workplace by The Oregonian and recognized as a Top Women-Led Workplace in Oregon and Southwestern Washington, The Hearing Review reported. The women-led workplace distinction is new for the company this year.

Audigy serves independent hearing care practices, ENT practices and health systems across North America. The recognition marks its second consecutive year as a Top Workplace from The Oregonian.

How Audigy Earned the Top Women-Led Workplace Honor

Both honors are based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential third-party survey. The survey was administered by Energage, LLC, an employee engagement technology partner.

It evaluates organizations across key drivers of workplace culture, including leadership, alignment, employee development, support and empowerment. In 2025, Audigy ranked No. 3 among midsize employers with 100 to 499 employees in Oregon and Southwestern Washington.

“We are incredibly honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace once again because this recognition reflects the experiences and voices of our employees,” said Kim Gilmore, president of Audigy.

“For over 22 years, we have believed that when people are supported, challenged, and given opportunities to grow, they can make an extraordinary impact,” Gilmore said. “This recognition, along with being named a Top Women-Led Workplace, reinforces our commitment to building a culture where people can thrive while helping our members succeed.”

Recognition for workplaces that support women is growing in other markets as well, as Firstsource was named among India’s best workplaces for women for a second year.

Culture as a Business Driver

Audigy links its internal culture directly to the quality of support it delivers to member practices. Its stated philosophy holds that exceptional employee experiences create exceptional member experiences, which the company says strengthens its ability to help independent hearing care and ENT practices deliver better patient outcomes.

The company’s focus on culture aligns with its mission of helping members, their teams and its own employees reach personal, professional and financial goals. Audigy says it encourages employees to develop skills, contribute meaningful work and advance their careers while positively affecting the practices and communities they serve.

“Our people are at the heart of everything we do,” Gilmore said. “They bring our values of Leadership, Partnership, and Commitment to life every day.”

She added that the recognitions are a chance to celebrate the team but also a reminder that “culture is never finished. It is something we must continue building together.”

Women-led organizations remain the exception in many fields, a gap highlighted by a UN report finding that the women leadership gap is a hurdle to development goals.

What Audigy Does for Hearing Care Practices

Audigy partners with independent audiology clinics and ENT practices across North America. It offers clinical, financial and operational support designed to help practices deliver patient care while meeting business performance goals.

For Audigy, the back-to-back Top Workplace awards and the new Top Women-Led Workplace honor come from its own employees’ survey responses. Leaders who want to compare notes on building such cultures can find peers at events such as the upcoming Women in Business leadership conference.
