Adriana Suyama is the mom of four children and the author of Jolie and the Change of Heart, a children’s picture book. As a child, she grew up in the South Bay of California reading endless books and enjoying being lost in the stories. As she became a mom, her circumstances fueled her desire to become an author.It was in 2021, when her whole family moved to Texas, that her husband, Chris, got diagnosed with metastatic cancer. For almost two years, they struggled with pain, medical care, and the fear of losing the Father of four young children. After Chris’ death, Adriana got inspired to help families navigate life-altering diagnoses and decided to create the upcoming I Know You By Heart Foundation, an organization that will serve as a hub of services available in the United States to families affected by medical issues.
