Educated at Culver Military Academy, Williams College, and the University of Florida, Hal transitioned into his leadership role after George’s health declined, officially taking day-to-day control in 2008. He also leads Steinbrenner Hotel Properties and supports community initiatives, including the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay.
