Hailey is the founder of the emerging crowdfunding platform KAIA (“soul”), a funding platform that democratizes women’s access to accessible, inclusive, and intimate funding opportunities. Hailey is the youngest emerging trailblazer in the realm of crowdfunding and is preparing to launch a platform that recognizes women as masterful creators while facilitating funding opportunities by means of community-based crowdfunding.Hailey has recently been featured on Medium in Authority Magazine’s introspective and reflective series that explores how early childhood experiences have impacted our leaders today and the ways in which they lead.Hailey completed the entirety of her university studies in Paris, France where she earned her BSc. International Business and MBA Energy & Sustainable Development Management. Hailey has interned, worked, and volunteered in multiple international cities including: London, Istanbul, Shanghai, and Addis Ababa; often supporting female founders.
