­Dr. Shawna Charles is a recognized thought leader and strategist providing strategic communication guidance to her clients helping them protect, promote, and evolve their brand. Her leadership is solution-driven, combining ingenious thinking and strategic planning for businesses, organizations, and individuals. Dr. Charles is a trusted advisor, a a Howard University graduate with a Master of International Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. She is the founder of Charles Communication Group (CCG) a communications agency focusing on internal and external relationships including crisis management, reputation management, public relations, and community relations. CCG also provides programs focused on leadership, best practices, research, and communication. CCG partners with law firms, nonprofits, political candidates, committees, and government entities helping to protect promote and evolve their image and reputations. CCG expertise in public relations; diversity, equity and inclusion; building relationships; and crafting compelling communication strategies position our partners as industry influencers and give our clients the confidence to lead and act with conviction, earning the trust of their stakeholders.
